Biography

Margaret Ann O'Brien was born in County Clare, Ireland, and came to the United States at age nineteen with a suitcase, a rosary, and an unshakable spirit. She worked as a seamstress, then owned her own alterations shop for 30 years. Margaret was deeply involved in her parish and volunteered with countless charitable organizations. She is survived by her children, Michael, Siobhan, and Patrick, and 11 grandchildren.
